When i make a video, i lag terribly and my fbs isl ike 20's.. Can anyone help? cuz i want to start recording scrimmages.

Are you doing /video? That's what its supposed to do, and when you watch the video, it's smooth.

Are you sure you can /video while you are playing at the same time? What you should probably do is /record first, and then playback the demo AND THEN /video it. That's what I do, and I'm beast at that :D

Ok, say you are owning on AA. You /record it to a demo, and then later when you're not playing, you start the demo. You do /video, and just stop whereever you want to stop. Gg.
