About the time differences, that would be a major problem, and having someone in our clan that (according to most of us) is inactive AND in a 10 hour time zone difference isn't what we're looking for. I hope that makes sense, and excuse any rudeness you find in this post. This is strictly my opinion.

Honestly I am very active and every day online, time difference makes no sence at all for inactivity.
