You should wait for at least a week imo. Reason being, find out why you were declined, if you can't be told that secret information then just try and get to know everyone better and make them feel that you are right for the clan. Also, put more description in your app, it's kinda short. Do all of this and you could be a Seed or "Looney Tune" yourself!
