To be honest kiing you should have waited a little bit before applying again. Also you could have at least taken 15 minutes to make this application. I for one rarely get to play so I draw a lot of conclusions based on the application so my recommendations is that you make it good also a good application is a sign of intelligence and dedication which are things that most of us like to see so in my personal opinion if I had been declined twice already I would do everything in my power to not have it happen a third time.
